Supporting issues close to
your community is quick and easy. Attach a
corporate sponsorship to an existing Ad Council
newspaper PSA or co-brand a PSA with your
newspaper's logo. PSAs can be resized and provided
to you in whatever format necessary along with
editorial content surrounding issues that matter
to your readers.
Once you have a specific
sponsor in mind for a particular Ad Council
campaign, and have read the instructions below,

Each sponsorship
opportunity must be considered and approved
on an individual, case by case basis. We do this
to ensure that the campaign in question is
comfortable with the sponsor's product, etc.
The following categories
would be unacceptable as sponsors for any
Ad Council campaign:
- Tobacco Products
- Alcohol Products
- Pharmaceuticals (in most cases)
- Any for-profit lobbying groups,
organizations and other products that clearly
conflict/counter the PSA's message
- Your sales force contacts the Ad Council,
identifying the campaign you have chosen from
the list to the right and the potential
corporate sponsor.
- We obtain clearance from our non-profit
partner.
- We provide you with the approval.
- Your paper tags the PSA and starts running
it in the space paid for by the advertiser.
Please note that the core
of Ad Council PSAs - creative content, fulfillment
numbers, calls to action etc. - cannot be altered
in any way.
