Q: Do you have any PSAs that will work with directories/ phone books?
A: We are in the process of creating a Directories section. For now, you can download or order Newspaper or Magazine PSAs in PDF format to use in your directory.
Q: What are the rules for using a spot for sponsorship?
A: The following categories would be unacceptable as sponsors for any Ad Council campaign:
- Tobacco Products
- Alcohol Products
- Pharmaceuticals (in most cases)
- Any for-profit lobbying groups, organizations and other products that clearly conflict/counter the PSA's message

Q: How do I sign up to receive Ad Council PSA mailings?
A: If you have not received PSAs from the Ad Council before, we invite you to use PSA Central to create a new account and to order or download materials. You will be asked as you are creating a new account if you would like to receive Ad Council mailings, or if using PSA Central is sufficient for your PSA needs.
Q: How does the Ad Council distribute PSAs?
A: The Ad Council regularly mails or digitally distributes production-ready materials or alerts to media companies.
Q: Can my order be sent rushed/overnight?
A: If you would like to rush shipment, please call our fulfillment center at 1-800-933-7727 to place your order. Do not place it through PSA Central. All orders taken through PSA Central are sent via U.S. Postal Service or other ground carrier. Though the materials are free, there is a $10 rush charge that is billable to any major credit card. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET will ship the following business day.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or other ground carrier. You will receive your television, radio or magazine materials within 6 business days. You will receive your outdoor materials within 10 business days.
Q: What is the cost of ordering PSAs?
A: All Ad Council PSAs are sent to the media free of charge. Broadcast-quality and production-quality radio, newspaper, magazine and outdoor ads can be downloaded or ordered free of charge within PSA Central. Internet streaming quality TV spots can be downloaded in the "Internet" section under "Streaming Video".
Q: I do not represent a media outlet, but I am interested in using PSA Central to find out more about Ad Council PSAs.
A: Please visit our main site, http://www.adcouncil.org. Click on the Campaigns link to learn about current and past Ad Council campaigns and view some of the available PSAs. At this time, PSA Central is only available to media companies.
Q: I have received PSA mailings from the Ad Council in the past, but I cannot locate my label for first time login, what should I do?
A: Please choose the Request an Account link. We will verify your company through the information you provide about your media outlet.

Q: Can I download broadcast quality TV spots?
A: Currently you can't download the broadcast quality TV spots on the site. You can download internet streaming quality spots in the "Internet" section, under the "Streaming video" tab.

The most recent round of TV PSAs was created for our Fight Arthritis Pain campaign. One in five adults in the United States (46 million people) has arthritis and an estimated 67 million people will be affected by 2030. This PSA campaign features fun ways that people can integrate movement into their lives. The PSAs instill a sense of hope for those who have this disease by communicating that "moving is the best medicine."
