The Certificate of Appreciation is a formal expression of thanks, presented to an individual that has shown exemplary support of the Ad Council and its messages. Recipients are recognized for their continued commitment to effecting positive social change.
In addition to being recognized for superior placement of our PSAs, certificate recipients have executed one or more of the following:
- Created branded PSAs in support of one of our campaigns, featuring station talent or logos.
- Created a fully integrated public affairs campaign, with ties into news and/or health coverage.
- Cross media promotion, when a public service director brings together different media properties in a joint effort.
